9. Accepting Reality

It is a hard truth to accommodate, but everyone’s life, at some stage, contains pain that seems unfair or untimely.  Each person has flaws, insensitivities, blind spots or chronic weaknesses that cannot be completely erased.  Sometimes, interaction with others might break down or disappoint you.  Although this is not a pleasant thought, it is perhaps realistic.

 

Think perspective-balance-reality.  As you learn to stay away from false positive myths, you will be less likely to become disillusioned and less inclined towards the extreme emotions on the negative side of the ledger.
