Consultation

During the treatment, the Bowen therapist will apply the movements in a series of patterns.  The therapist leaves the room between the application of each patter in the series, to allow the patient to achieve a state of deep relaxation and energetic realignment.

The treatment session usually lasts 45 min to 1 hour.  It is recommended to have 3-5 treatments, with weekly intervals to achieve lasting results.
